Female Leadership and Growth Program
For female leaders at all levels.
Sometimes as women we need some support to find our voice, to play the politics game, to shout out loud about what we are amazing at and to ask for help.
This program puts small numbers of like minded women together to learn about and work through some of the issues above, and many more.
We provide an ongoing support network to sustain your learning and a safe space to explore the leader we are and the leader we want to be.
Coaching is a big part of what we do. Coaching individuals, teams and groups, face to face, over the phone or on any virtual platform. We have several highly qualified and experienced coaches and coach supervisors, who can work on an individual level and more broadly across the whole organisation or system.
Supporting or delivering financial and operational turnaround. We have experience in leading and implementing programmes for many sizes and types of public sector organisations, we are renowned for getting things done, for delivering. Gone are the days when highly paid “turnaround teams” can be brought into to stare hard at a deficit and it will go away. Turnaround “heroes” are and should be things of the past.
We want sustainability, and delivery working with the people in the organisation for the long term health of the whole organisation, and not just for the next three months I&E.
We have skills in leading, implementing and developing new transformation programmes for all sizes and types of public sector organisations and taking over failing transformation programmes, we are renowned for getting things done, for delivering. We are not overly bureaucratic but put in just enough rigour to make sure boards and regulators can be assured things are getting done.
We have lots of skills and experience in kicking off projects from scratch and from picking up failing projects and programmes. Many of the team are qualified in Prince2, Lean or other disciplines. We are also very comfortable delivering the outcomes we promise, not just planning the work.
